We take a lot of pride in hand pouring each and every one of our candles, wax melts, soaps and roomsprays.

Before making a purchase, it is important to gather all necessary information about our products and services. This will ensure that you are aware of the price, quality, and product specifications of the item you are interested in purchasing. By doing so, you can make an informed decision and avoid any potential issues or misunderstandings.

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return item in must be damaged and unused in it's original packaging.Not responsible for packages damaged by postal service. To complete your return we require you to contact via email: simplycandlesbydeanna@yahoo also must have receipt proof of purchase of order number.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We currently do not offer any refunds.
